Kenneth C. McNaughton, M.A. Sc., P.Eng. President, CEO, Director, Camino Minerals Corp. (TSXV:COR)
Mr. McNaughton is a professional geological engineer with over 35 years of global experience developing and leading mineral exploration programs. Prior to joining Pretivm in 2011 as Chief Exploration Officer, he was Senior Vice President, Exploration for Silver Standard Resources Inc., and Canplats Resources where he had been responsible for all exploration programs since 1991. Prior to joining Silver Standard, he was employed by Corona Corporation and its affiliate Mascot Gold Mines Ltd. as a project geologist and engineer for projects in British Columbia. Mr. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and a Master of Applied Science degree in geological engineering from the University of Windsor.
Camino Minerals was formed as part of the transaction where Goldcorp purchased Canplats in 2010. Mr. McNaughton took over as President and Chief Executive Officer of Camino Minerals in 2015.

Mr. Stewart has a Masters Degree in Geology and over 40 years of domestic and international experience in mining and mineral exploration. Mr. Stewart has been involved in putting five gold mines into production. Mr. McEwen is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of exploration and production experience in open-pit and underground mining projects and operations. The extent of his experience is global in managing numerous projects in Canada, US, Europe, Asia, Africa and throughout Latin America. Mr. McEwen's previous roles include more than a decade with MRDI (AMEC Peru) where he was responsible for project management, economic resource and reserve calculations for various precious and base metal companies worldwide, including BHP Billiton, CM Antamina, Teck, Hochschild and Phelps Dodge among others.
Daniel Major Chief Executive Officer - GoviEx Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GXU)
Daniel Major is a mining engineer from the Camborne School of Mines in the UK. His career spans over 25 years in the mining industry where he has established a solid track record initially with Rio Tinto at the Rossing Uranium Mine in Namibia, then Amplats in South Africa, and later as a mining analyst with HSBC Plc followed by JP Morgan Chase & Co. in London. More recently Mr. Major was Chief Executive and later Non-Executive Chairman of Basic Element Mining and Resource Division in Russia, and held leadership positions in several Canadian listed mining companies with exploration and producing assets in Canada, Russia and South America. Mr. Major joined GoviEx in 2012 and has been responsible for the transition of the company from explorer to developer.
Don Simmons, B.Sc., P.Geol. President and Chief Executive Officer, Hemisphere Energy Corp. (TSXV:HME)
Mr. Simmons has extensive experience in petroleum geology and a proven track record of discovering oil and gas in Western Canada and internationally. Initially, Mr. Simmons served as the Company’s Vice President Exploration and became President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2008. Prior to joining Hemisphere, Mr. Simmons was a Geologist at a private oil and gas company, Sebring Energy, until its sale in 2007. Prior thereto, he spent five years with EnCana working on various projects in southeast Alberta and Ecuador. Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from Queen's University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
Joseph Hebert, B.S. Geo. President, Chief Executive Officer, Miranda Gold Corp. (TSXV: MAD)
Mr. Hebert brings 33 years of experience from diversified mineral exploration and mining geology through to senior geologist and exploration management. 24 of these years have been focused in Nevada but with numerous international assignments.Before Miranda, Mr. Hebert was senior exploration geologist for the Cortez Joint Venture (Placer Dome and Kennecott Minerals) located on the Battle Mountain Trend in North Central Nevada. He was a member of the exploration team who discovered the +8.5 million ounce Cortez Hills deposit. During his tenure at Cortez he directed all generative and acquisition efforts within the joint venture area of interest. This included identifying, advancing, and drilling the discovery hole at the pediment-covered ET Blue Project which Barrick now calls Goldrush. Barrick reports a resource at Goldrush of 8.4 million ounces of gold. Mr. Hebert is credited with team participation in multiple gold discoveries in Nevada and Utah over the course of his career and was instrumental in assembling the Company's exploration staff in Elko, Nevada and Medellin, Colombia.

Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse is President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals Inc. and a director of NOVAGOLD and has more than 30 years of experience in the natural resource sector, including his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NOVAGOLD since 1997 and his role as Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to the Company. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility studies, production and closure. Terry Lynch graduated in 1981 from St. Francis Xavier University with a joint honours degree in Economics and BBA. He is currently Chairman of Chilean Metals Inc having initially joined the company then known as International PBX Ventures as a director in 2012, he subsequently served as CEO & President, Mr. Lynch had been CEO of privately held Nevada-focused Relief Gold. He also had been a director and later CEO of TSX-listed Firstgold Corp. He assumed the CEO position after the company had run into financial difficulty bringing its Relief Canyon mine into production.
